HOW FAST WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
I'm working hard to get your order out ASAP! Please allow 2-3 days for processing before your order ships. Shipping times typically range from 5-10 days.
Tracking Info: Your tracking number will be updated as soon as your order has shipped. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3-5 business days, send me an email at hello@prettygirlscoops.com.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
All Sales FINAL Once Shipped! NO REFUNDS!

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You must cancel your order before it ships. If you need to do so, immediately email hello@prettygirlscoops.com.
I ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS. HOW DO I FIX IT?
No worries, we all make mistakes! BUT...you only have 24 hours to update your shipping address. You can do so by emailing me at hello@prettygirlscoops.com. After that, I won’t be able to make changes, and refunds won’t be available. Double-check your details when you place your order to make sure your lippies arrive safely!
